UpgradeMr Bahl is a consultant neurosurgeon. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Guy’s King’s St. Thomas’ School of Medicine (GKT), University of London in 2002. Following an elective in neurosurgery in Chicago, neurosurgical training in Yorkshire and a Fellowship in neurosurgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, he has been a consultant neurosurgeon since 2013. He works at the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and provides services to One Health Group.
His work includes treating patients with spinal disease, back pain, sciatica, neck pain as well as brain and pituitary tumours.
He is also a medical examiner, examining evidence if there are any lessons to be learnt from a patient’s demise; and is a medico-legal expert in medical negligence cases.
