UpgradeAlex graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2007.
Prior to this, she worked for many years as a Sports Therapist in International Rugby and Basketball.
She has been specialising in assessment and management of Musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in spinal, upper limb and hand conditions, for many years and has been working at Advanced Practitioner level for the past six years, including completing an MSc in Trauma and Orthopaedics. She has developed and delivered training in wrist and hand conditions extensively across the county, and teaches annually at University of Nottingham. Alex has a particular interest in the clinical development of Physiotherapists and staff wellbeing.
