UpgradeShree is a spinal orthopaedic surgeon who was born and raised in India. After completing his MBBS in India, he travelled to UK to pursue surgical training and has obtained his CCT in 2020 after completing the Welsh Higher Surgical Training. He has undertaken biomechanical and clinical research as part of his Masters in Orthopaedic Engineering and Associate PI for the POLYFIX DCM Trial during his role in Derby. His clinical research has been presented in national and international spinal podia. He's an alumni of the 3rdCohort of the CLIMB Leadership program in Wales with excellent leadership skills in the handling dynamic workforce of NHS. He believes that every patient and their clinical presentation and strives to offer bespoken care for every need.
