Welcome to our outreach clinic located at the Surgery @ Aylestone Clinic in Leicester, where our expert Consultants attend to see you in the community, closer to where you live, to provide you with top-tier care for a healthier, pain-free life.
You can request your GP to refer you on the NHS via thee-Referral Service to the Surgery @ Aylestone, in order to book an appointment with one of our specialist Consultants and discuss the treatment options available to you. You can still be referred to the Surgery @ Aylestone, even if this is not your registered GP practice.

Surgery @ Aylestone is an outpatient facility only. During your initial appointment, your Consultant will discuss the reasons for your referral and your symptoms. Should you require surgery, One Health’s designated Patient Liaison Department will contact you following your appointment to arrange this at one of our partnering hospital locations. You’ll find us at 672 Aylestone Road, Leicester LE2 8PR. We’re close to Leicestershire County Cricket Club and Aylestone Meadows Nature Reserve. The nearby city centre means there are plenty of public transport options as well as road links to the M1.
