Better than expected performance

One Health Group, a Sheffield-headquartered provider of NHS-funded medical procedures, has issued a trading update for the year ended 31 March 2026 which shows growth ahead of market expectations.

Revenues have climbed 13 per cent to £32m (FY 25: £28.4m), with new NHS patient referrals up 11 per cent to 18,931 (FY 25: 17,020), number of consultants up 20 per cent to 50,774 (FY 25: 42,238) and number of surgical procedures rising 15 per cent to 8,113 (FY 25: 7,043).

The business had previously forecast revenues for FY 26 of £29.4m.

Adam Binns, chief executive officer, said: “We are pleased to deliver a strong year end trading update ahead of market expectations for our first full year following our AIM listing and that construction of our first surgical hub commenced during this period.

“NHS national waiting lists remain very high, despite continued NHS efforts and recent modest reductions, and we are proud that One Health remains well-positioned to continue to reduce pressure on the NHS by providing free high-quality care across underserved areas.”

One Health adds it is confident in its strategy to drive continued organic growth through increased patient referrals, a strong pipeline of new surgeons, and additional surgical capacity in existing and new independent sector hospitals.
