Ruby-Mae Brookes

After joining the Patient Liaison team in 2023, Ruby took on the new role of Service Development Co-ordinator in 2024 supporting service improvement and development initiatives to underpin OHG’s ambitious growth plans. Ruby also has oversight and responsibility for all OHG marketing and advertising initiatives, as well as supporting the Operations Manager, with increasing our surgical resource and expanding our geographical footprint. With a background in our fast-paced Patient Liaison Department, Ruby has gained valuable knowledge and skills which she is now able to put into action to really add value within this role.
