UpgradeTom is responsible for managing the IT team and overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure.
He leads IT projects from inception to completion, while also overseeing the efficient operation of the IT service desk. Tom collaborates with external vendors, manages the IT budget, implements cybersecurity measures, and ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal IT policies.
Tom began at One Health as an IT Support Technician in 2018. He advanced to Service Desk Lead in 2022, taking on oversight of IT support functions. In 2024, Tom progressed to IT Manager, where he continues to improve the company's IT operations.
