Casey Garrett

Quality & Performance Manager

Casey Garrett joined One Health in 2017, initially covering maternity within the Patient Liaison Department. Although her academic background is in Forensic Science, Casey quickly discovered a passion for healthcare, finding particular fulfilment in supporting patients throughout their journey from treatment to recovery.

Since then, Casey has progressed through a number of roles, including Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to both patient experience and operational excellence. In her current role as Performance & Quality Manager, Casey is responsible for driving service improvement through performance oversight, quality assurance,and continuous development initiatives across the department.

Casey plays a key role in ensuring high standards are maintained, with a focus on enhancing patient satisfaction, strengthening consultant relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve services. Working closely with senior leadership and external partners, she ensures that One Health consistently meets the required criteria set by ICBs and NHSE, supporting compliance and the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
