UpgradeSophie is responsible for providing effective operational support for the delivery of all OHG clinical services. She ensures high levels of data quality and leads core reporting functions, supporting organisational clinical governance processes and leads on service improvement projects. Working closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team, Sophie plans and co-ordinates resources to ensure the Service Delivery Team can deliver activity in line with organisational objectives.
