UpgradeFran has been a valued member of the Patient Liaison Department since joining One Health Group in 2023. Prior to this, she worked in a GP practice and enjoys working in a role where she can support patients in improving their quality of life, which she finds extremely rewarding.
After three years working within the Orthopaedic Team, Fran has progressed into the role of GGU Team Lead. In this position, she focuses on the day-to-day management of the team, optimising theatre and clinic utilisation, and maintaining strong working relationships with our consultants.
