All One Health patients are assigned a named team member from our dedicated Patient Liaison Team, who are there to assist with every stage of your patient journey.
Our team offer a personal level of support, help manage appointments and are here to answer any questions that arise.
Adam joined One Health Group as Project Director & COO in January 2018, taking on the role of Finance Director & COO in May 2018 and Chief Executive in July 2019. Prior to joining One Health Adam worked extensively in senior financial, operational and commercial roles across retail, logistics and manufacturing. He takes great pride in recognising and developing talent and bringing out the best in his Senior Team and colleagues.
Adam is looking forward to developing One Health’s relationships with the NHS and providing first class care to a wider population of patients. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Shantanu is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He was appointed as Medical Director in July 2019 and is a key part of our Senior Management Team. Shantanu has brought with him a genuine passion for developing and promoting clinical leadership, to enhance patient care. He has board responsibility for Clinical Governance and Quality and Heads up the One Health Group’s Clinical Governance Team, leading the delivery of high-quality clinical care for all our patients.
Shantanu also leads the strategic transformation of our healthcare provision, through partnership within and across our established Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Physiotherapists, Clinic and Hospital Partners. He has a key role in promoting and supporting quality improvement across the organisation and enjoys the challenges and balance between medical leadership and clinical duties.
Jessica joined One Health Group in May 2005 and holds both BA (Hons) in Business Studies and MSc in Leadership and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. With over 15 years’ experience of working within the Healthcare Sector, her commitment and contribution to the organisation have been valued and recognised throughout this time, with various internal promotions within the Senior Management Team, and today she holds the position of Director of Operations & Service Development.
Jessica works closely with the CEO on the establishment, development and optimisation of day to day operations in the organisation, in addition to developing and implementing key strategic growth strategies.
Nicole has been with OHG for over 4 years now and holds the position of Head of Service Delivery and Engagement. Nicole is responsible for overseeing the operational performance and delivery of all OHG services, in addition to supporting the organisation’s geographical expansion plans to improve our patient’s healthcare provision. Nicole works hard to ensure OHG Staff and Surgeons are consistently delivering a high-quality service to our patients, which is in line with the company’s values and behaviours.
Nicole is working towards a BA (Hons) in Business Management, which she commits to studying towards, whilst working full-time.
As an experienced MCIPD qualified Head of HR with over 15 years’ experience in professional services, Hannah joined One Health Group in May 2019 in a standalone role to guide and advise on HR best practice, change and growth. Hannah develops strategies to enable continuous improvement and creates an engaging culture where our people come FIRST. She is always interested to hear about new employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives coupled with recruiting individuals who are keen to progress their career in healthcare.
Lisa joined One Health in 2004 and has been instrumental in the growth of the organisation since it was established, successfully working her way up from finance assistant to Head of Finance. She is responsible for delivering the organisation’s financial strategy, working closely with our NHS and independent hospital partners on contract negotiation and delivery, consultant management, and leading the finance team.
Lisa’s extensive knowledge and experience at One Health is a key attribute to the organisation’s vision to deliver high quality, first class healthcare.
