UpgradeScott was welcomed to the team in 2023 as an IT Technician. In 2024 he progressed to Service Desk Lead, where he runs the One Health's IT support functions as well as taking responsibility for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. He enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting and the satisfaction of finding solutions.
Outside of work he likes to relax and watch football, especially if Manchester United are playing!
