UpgradeEmma has been a valued member of the One Health Group since 2021, where she plays a vital role in PLCV authorisation and patient clock validation. She also manages our NHS contract work, ensuring strong, stable relationships are maintained across our partner trusts.
Following the birth of her baby and her return to work in 2026, Emma has taken a leading role in overseeing all patient clock validation. She ensures we remain fully aligned with NHS guidance and the 18‑week patient pathway, helping patients access timely and effective treatment.
As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, Emma is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference to people’s quality of life. Her role involves authorising patients following procedures and supporting them through their healthcare journey, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and collaboration with NHS trusts. Emma’s dedication, attention to detail and patient‑focused approach make her a perfect fit for the One Health team.
