UpgradeI joined One Health Group as a Receptionist in August 2025, and moved to the Spinal Team in July 2026, where I now work in the Patient Liaison Department. My main focus is supporting patients through the surgery booking process and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for them.
I really enjoy the variety this role brings as no two days are ever the same, and I take pride in making sure every patient feels well looked after.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
