UpgradeMary-Kate joined One Health Group in 2021 as Clinical Governance Admin Apprentice and is now a full time member of the team as our Service improvement administrator. She is passionate about the company mission of delivering the highest quality outcomes and best patient care.
While dealing with complaints isn’t always the easiest task, she wants to help patients have the best possible experience. Understanding feedback and putting new measures in place is a critical part of ensuring patients are safe and comfortable in our care and Mary-Kate is a part of this important goal.
