UpgradeMary-Kate joined the OHG team in 2021 and has built a diverse range of experience during her time with the organisation. She started her career in Clinical Governance, where she completed an apprenticeship, before moving on to support the Spinal team within the Patient Liaison Department. Her varied background has given her a strong understanding of the organisation, which she now brings to her role as a Service Desk Technician within the IT department.
In her Service Desk role, Mary-Kate provides first-line IT support across the organisation, resolving technical issues and ensuring service requests are managed efficiently to keep day-to-day IT services running smoothly.
Outside of work, Mary-Kate enjoys going to the cinema often, particularly to see both the latest releases and classic films that are being shown again.
