One Health Group PLC (AQSE: OHGR), the independent provider of free high quality NHS care for patients referred for treatment in Orthopaedics, Spine, General Surgery and Gynaecology, announces that two of the largest NHS commissioners with which it works have renewed their contracts. It is expected that these new agreements will run for five years rather than twelve months, which has been the case previously, and will cover approximately 4,000 new patients and 2,000 surgical procedures per year.
One Health Group PLC (“One Health” or the “Company”) announces that following the exercise of options granted under the One Health Group Share Option Plan (“Share Options”) Derek Bickerstaff, a director and Chair of One Health and who controls over 3% of the Total Voting Rights in the Company, has notified One Health that his percentage interest in Ordinary Shares has reduced to approximately 56.87% of the issued share capital of the Company. Further details are contained in the disclosure form in Appendix 1.
One Health (AQSE: OHGR), a provider of NHS-funded medical procedures, announces that it has issued 40,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the One Health Group Share Option Plan.
