We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the company’s Quality and Clinical Governance agenda; including handling complaints, incidents and risk management system development and reporting.
The postholder will be responsible for all clinical staff registration processes and for policy review and development for the organisation as a whole. There will be a strong focus on clinical governance processes but the role will also encompass a broader approach to Governance within the organisation. The post holder will have a key role within our Clinical Governance Assurance Board Sub- Committee.
We are looking for someone with experience of setting up the systems and processes necessary to manage risk, support safe working practice, and provide assurance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
As Head of Governance the postholder will be part of the Senior Team and will have line management responsibility for the Clinical Governance Co-ordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously and to shape what is a new role in the organisation, made available due to an extensive change program and internal developments and restructuring.
