One Health Medico-Legal is not an agency but a chamber of specialists who work together to provide both clinical and Medico-Legal services.
At One Health we recognise that your time is valuable, so whilst providing reports of the very best quality we also endeavour to make our Medico-Legal services as efficient as possible.
As soon as you contact One Health’s Medico-Legal team an appointment will be allocated for your client’s assessment. Upon receipt of your written instruction this appointment will be confirmed.
All our experts use digital dictation allowing them to e-mail reports directly to our secretarial services. Immediate electronic return of typed reports enables us to check and approve documents on-line ready for dispatch to you.
The efficiency of our process enables us, at present, to dispatch a report within 4-6 weeks of receiving instructions. For the occasion when you have a tighter deadline please let us know and we will happily assign your job to our ‘Fast Track’ service.
Our electronic tracking process enables us to monitor the progress of all our reports through the system. This means we can always provide you with accurate updates and timescales for completion. We undertake to keep you informed of any foreseeable delays.
Our One Health Medico-Legal leaflet is available on request for your perusal along with our Patient Guide. The guide will be sent to your claimant prior to their assessment so they are reassured and know what to expect on the day.
